Cauliflower Curry

1.5/2 cups of rice 
 
1 whole cauliflower or one bag of frozen cauliflower 
1 onion
1 tomato
8/9 stalks of cilantro
5 chilies 
1 TSP of ginger garlic paste
1 TSP chili powder
1tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
Curry leaves - 10/12
Oil
Water

In pan with lid for 10 minutes
Oil
Onion
Salt 

All at once - 10/15 minutes with a covered lid
Ginger garlic paste
Chilies
Curry leaves

Cook till tomatoes are soft with a covered lid
- tomatoes
- garam masala
- salt
- chili powder

Add cauliflower and water and cook for 20 minutes

Garnish with chopped cilantro
